Hello,
I am Carmen Post. My favorite cases are mediations, adoptions, expungement, drafting wills and power of attorney documents. I practice in Marshall County. I can do virtual mediation, divorce coaching, and peaceful divorce anywhere in Indiana. I graduated from law school at Valparaiso University in 2019. Prior to law school, I completed my Bachelor Degree in Business Administration. During law school, I had an internship with the LaPorte County Prosecutors Office. After law school, I worked at 1st Source Bank as a Trust Officer. Then, I worked at a firm in Marshall County where I had a terrific mentor and gained experience with various family and criminal matters.
I am a mother of four beautiful children. Family means everything to me and I understand how important spending time with family is. That is why I am a virtual law practice. This allows me to work from home so I can still spend time with my family.
I am a believer that when clients can reach an agreement outside of court the family suffers less, the agreement is more long term, and overall all parties are happy they had a voice in the agreement. I encourage open discussions, mediation, co-parenting, and communication. In my criminal law cases, I encourage sharing discovery, transparency, discussing law, and strategizing.
Please feel free to contact me via email or telephone to schedule a consultation today.
